1. Introduction
By using VisioRocket, you’re entering into a legal agreement with us. You confirm that you’re over 18 years of age and are residing in a country where our services are available. You also confirm that you are not located in, or a resident of, any country subject to export restrictions, sanctions, or embargoes imposed by the United Nations, United States, European Union, or other applicable authorities. You agree to abide by these Terms as well as any other legal notices we may post. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or limit access at our sole discretion, especially in cases involving misuse or violation of applicable laws.
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
In order to use VisioRocket, you’ll need to create an account. During registration, we’ll ask you to provide accurate details like your name, email address, and payment information. Your account is strictly for personal use and can only be accessed by you. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials safe, so please take care not to share them with anyone else. You are responsible for ensuring that no minors access the service through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or a security breach, you agree to notify us immediately.

Subscription fees for VisioRocket vary by country. Prices will be shown clearly on the website, and we’ll always inform you if there are any changes to your plan. By signing up, you agree to the price as indicated during the registration process. Here’s a breakdown of the pricing for different plans:
4. Trial Periods
By subscribing to one of VisioRocket’s membership plans, you grant VisioRocketpermission to charge your payment card for the trial fee, and subsequently the recurring subscription fee if you decide to continue. After your account is created, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided, outlining your billing details. When you start a trial, you’ll be able to explore the services at a reduced price or for a limited time. Be sure to check the trial terms carefully. When the trial ends, your membership will automatically convert to the paid plan unless you cancel before the trial period ends. VisioRocketwill send you a reminder either seven days before your trial ends, or right after your purchase if your trial is shorter than seven days, so you have the option to cancel if you wish. Trial offers are limited to one per person, household, device, or IP address. Attempts to circumvent these restrictions may result in denial of access or termination of service. This reminder will include the trial expiration date, your invoice, and a copy of these Terms of Use. By subscribing, you consent to having your payment method automatically charged once the trial period ends, without requiring further approval. It is your responsibility to ensure your email account can accept confirmation and reminder messages. If you do not receive them, please contact our Customer Support Centre.
5. Payments & Billing
Upon subscribing, we will charge you automatically using the payment details you provided. We accept Visa and Mastercard payments, and your payment will be processed securely. If a payment is declined, we will try again to process it, and if unsuccessful, your access to the service may be temporarily suspended until the payment is resolved. You’re responsible for any taxes or fees that might apply to your subscription.
Payments are automatically charged to the payment method you provide. Your billing cycle will follow the subscription plan selected at the time of sign-up. Confirmation emails and invoices will be sent to you electronically. If a payment attempt fails, we may retry the transaction, which could adjust your billing date. You are responsible for all unpaid charges until your subscription is canceled. VisioRocket reserves the right to apply discounts to subscription plans at its discretion and without prior notice.
All transactions are securely encrypted and may be handled by third-party providers (Payment Processors or Acquirers). Their terms and conditions also apply. VisioRocketis not responsible for the actions or conduct of these third parties.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel, and we’re here to help. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You can request a full refund within 14 days of your payment. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we encourage you to reach out to support if you feel you’re entitled to one. Refunds are not issued on a prorated basis. You will retain access to the service for the remainder of your billing period after cancellation. VisioRocketreserves the right to modify its Billing Terms at any time by posting the updated fees on the Service. By continuing to use the Site or purchasing a Membership after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised terms.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities, including fraud, abusive behavior, or illegal conduct. If your account is terminated, we may delete your data from our platform and you may lose access to any content you’ve purchased. If you feel your account was wrongly terminated, feel free to contact us to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or limit access at our sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that VisioRocket is not responsible or liable for any claims or disputes that may arise between you and VisioRocket.

When using our services, please ensure that you are not:

• Sharing inappropriate or harmful content
• Attempting to manipulate the system We take violations of these rules seriously and may suspend or terminate your account if necessary.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on VisioRocket, including text, images, videos, software, and branding is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the service as intended, but you cannot copy, distribute, or use the materials for any unauthorized commercial purposes. If you create content using our platform, we may use that content for promotional or service improvement purposes, subject to our policies.
If you provide or share any content (such as feedback), you keep ownership of your material but grant VisioRocket a worldwide, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and display it. You are fully responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not violate the rights of any third party. VisioRocket reserves the right to remove user-generated content at its discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or revenue, arising from your use of the service. We also disclaim liability for any disruptions in service or third-party links.

Your privacy is important to us. We only collect and use your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data. 12. Legal Disputes and Arbitration
In the event of a dispute, we will try to resolve it amicably. If we are unable to do so, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Slovakia. You agree to waive your right to a class-action lawsuit and to resolve any claims individually.
In operating our website and services, we observe EU laws concerning consumer protection and product liability, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would violate EU legal standards. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages from the use of our services. Consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform under Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013.
13. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond their control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions. If such circumstances persist for more than 30 days, either party can terminate this agreement without penalty.
